QUINTA SEA DAY!

John chose to stay all warm and cozy sitting inside the Explorer’s Lounge this morning, while I…

…bundled up and joined “My People” outside on the windy deck looking for whales, dolphins, penguins…

…and birds!  We saw several Petrels and Albatrosses!  But, unfortunately, no whales, dolphins or penguins were spotted.  (Darn it!)

Hanging out today, on this Viking cruise, was THE BEST!  It cracked us up, walking through different areas of the ship, seeing everyone either reading, talking, on their Ipads, or simply looking out the windows in search of whales, dolphins and penguins!

Speaking of penguins, the four of us attended the National Geographic documentary called “A Penguin’s Life.”  It was (as all National Geographic documentaries are), absolutely AMAZING!

We also attended our Port Talk regarding tomorrow’s excursions—we should see penguins tomorrow, IF the weather permits us to tender into port.  Oh dear Lord, we are this close to seeing penguins—the weather had better be good enough!

Dinner was…

…SUPERB, and…

…tonight’s entertainment, Storytelling Magic,

was UNBELIEVABLE!

You would think that our days at sea would be long and boring days.  We all agree, however, that they fly by so fast—TOO FAST—and are nothing but boring!  (Good job, Viking!)

BUENAS NOCHES, everyone!
